In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you, Authey reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to blacklisting or banning your account. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and penalties, and repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
All content and materials available through Authey are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or materials from Authey without prior written consent.
Authey and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Authey, even if Authey has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Authey’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Authey.
